Story and Script Analysis

I can analyze your story or script for plot, theme, characterization (dialogue, effective use of body language) environmental setting, style, and mechanics. In keeping with my general philosophy about editing, my main goal is to help You to communicate what You want to say.

At university, I studied creative writing both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. As well, the central topic of my Ph.D. research was the function of nonverbal communication in narrative and film. I believe that fiction writers weave nonverbal communication throughout their stories to focus a reader's attention on the body language of their characters or narrator, and on the sensory cues of the fictional environment, and to communicate complex intuitive and emotional experience.
